VNY Tenants and Administration Facility Achieve Green Business Program Certification May 21, 2024 Van Nuys Airport Press Release: Six businesses at Van Nuys Airport (VNY) and one facility at the airport owned and operated by Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) have achieved certification through the Los Angeles Green Business Program, marking a significant step forward in the aviation industry’s journey toward carbon neutrality. The certified businesses at VNY include Aeroplex/Aerolease Group, Castle & Cooke Aviation, Clay Lacy Aviation, Helinet Aviation, Jet Aviation and Signature Flight Support. LAWA’s Airport Administration Building also earned certification. Certified businesses in the Green Business Program receive free consulting on how to successfully implement environmental standards established by the California Green Business Network.
