Helinet holds an FAA Part 145 repair station certificate and our team of factory-trained maintenance technicians are on-site or available 24 hours a day. Having such a large in-house team ensures that our helicopters are exceptionally maintained and that any scheduled or unscheduled maintenance requirements are promptly and efficiently addressed. Our helicopter technicians undergo FAA-certified training, annual training, and frequently attend manufacturer training courses, ensuring the highest safety standards. 

Helinet utilizes state-of-the-art computer software that computerizes all aspects of aircraft maintenance, parts procurement, record keeping, and operations scheduling. Additionally, we have an extensive stock of spare parts in-house to accelerate aircraft maintenance.

Director of Maintenance, James Hanna

James manages Helinet’s FAA Certified 14 CFR Part 145 repair station and he is responsible for overseeing and directing maintenance on Helinet’s fleet of aircraft. He ensures that all maintenance, on-site and in the field, is performed safely and in accordance with manufacturer and FAA specifications. 

James has a 26-year career in helicopter maintenance, including 20-years as a DOM, and has maintained multiple helicopter airframes. He is recognized industry-wide as a highly-skilled mechanic and a respected and experienced leader.
