Allison joined Helinet in 2014 to start the company’s marketing department and, after various roles in the company, became Executive Vice President of Mission Support in November of 2022. She currently oversees the Human Resources, IT, Charter, Marketing, and Finance departments. Allison is responsible for developing new business partnerships, policy development, and managing strategic activities to ensure continued growth. 

Allison was the Vice President of Marketing for Shotover Systems from 2014 until September 2021. While at Shotover, Allison led numerous product launch campaigns, developed multiple websites, and grew brand awareness globally through various strategic initiatives. 

She previously worked at the PR firms SAA Public Relations and Carl Samrock Public Relations. Allison holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California Lutheran University.
