As Helinet enters its 36^th year in business, the company’s Owner and CEO, Kathryn Purwin, faces new challenges as a leader while continuing to expand the business. “There’s a different expectation now, in the age of Zoom, to make people feel they’re part of a family,” she said. “This is a family business, regardless of how big it is, and that’s something I really think you should make everybody feel all the time.”
